本企业采用全硅溶胶精密铸造，可铸造国标GB；美标ASTM、AISI；德标DIN；日标JIS；英标BS等各类不锈钢、碳素钢、合金钢、耐磨耐热钢、工具钢等。产品应用覆盖整个机械制造和机械加工业，主要有航空、航天、枪械、汽摩、石油、医疗、五金工具、机电、矿山、建筑等行业。铸件产品线性公差尺寸最小可控制在±0.06mm以内；表面粗糙度可达Ra 0.8－3.2um；最小铸件3克；最小孔径D≥Φ0.5mm及各类异型孔；最小角R0.3mm；最小厚度尺寸0.3mm。
